Climbing sessions begin with a presentation of the equipment and safety rules to be followed during climbs. Practitioners climb the various equipped routes, provided by their teammates.
Depending on the level of climbing practitioners, travel games, balance, challenges, or a typical "recall" workshop enhances the sessions.

Climbing STAGES:
Internship: progress, share, be autonomous
A course designed to discover the beautiful cliffs of the Diois region and start climbing or passing a course in its progression.
Learning and implementation times are set up to learn in good conditions.
Practice site: Valcroissant cliff, Romeyer, Claps, Gats gorges, Benevise..
Stage grande chemin : discovers the paths of several lengths and the emblematic cliffs of Vercors Sud
A course designed to discover the beautiful cliffs of the Diois region and start climbing or passing a course in its progression.
