Definitions

In these legal statements, the following words and expressions have the meaning assigned to them:

  • This website is available at www.drome-adventure.com for the WWW domain. DROME-AVENTURE.COM Drome Adventure property – parks and nature recreation base.
  • visitor: a natural person who is connected to the site and who consults it.
    content: all the information available on the site by a visitor.
  • page: it is a computer document often called « Web page » which contains a portion of the content of the site available through software called web browser. The Web page (consisting of several files) is the World Wide Web consultation unit. It may consist of text, images, forms or any other multimedia and interactive elements.
  • URL: Uniform Resource Locator, corresponds to the Web address of a page: what is in the Web browser address bar.
    Personal information: « information which enables, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies » (Article 4 of Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978).

Under article 6 of Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the website are informed about the identity of the various stakeholders in the course of its implementation and monitoring:

Intellectual property and counterfeiting

Drome Adventure – Parks and nature recreation base owns intellectual property rights or holds rights to use all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software, excluding the elements mentioned in the section Appropriations below.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, unless Drome Adventure – parks and nature recreation base has prior written permission.

Any unauthorized operation of the site or any of the elements contained therein shall be deemed to constitute infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Limitations of liability

Drome Adventure – Parks and nature recreation base cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage to visitor's equipment, when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications specified in the section « Contractual limitations on technical data »either a bug or an incompatibility.

Drome Adventure – parks and nature recreation base may also not be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site.

Drome Adventure – parks and nature recreation base makes every effort to offer users information and/or tools available and verified but would not be held responsible for errors, due to a lack of availability of features on its site. Drome Adventure – parks and nature recreation base makes every effort to provide up-to-date information, as providers provide information about them when requesting annual updates.

Personal data management

In France, personal data are protected by Law No 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code, the European Directive of 24 October 1995 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

When using the site, the URL of the links through which the visitor accessed the site, the user's access provider, the user's Internet Protocol Address (IP) and the consultation area may be collected.

In any case Drome Adventure – parks and leisure base nature collects personal information about the visitor only for the need of certain services offered by the site. The visitor shall provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he or she seizes it by himself or herself. It is then specified to the visitor of the site whether or not to provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computer science, files and freedoms, every visitor has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him or her by making his or her written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply is to be sent.

No personal information of the visitor of the site is published without his knowledge, exchanged, transferred, transferred or sold on any medium to third parties. Applicable law and jurisdiction
